Freeware Robert Richardson DH 104 Dove is needed.
This repaint shows deHavilland DH 104-8 D-INKA in vintage LTU color scheme. Built in 1949 as a Devon C.1. with c/n 04266. Was used by Royal Air Force with WB531. After service and redesignated as Dove 8, aircraft became G-BLRN in 1984. Was sold to the Netherlands 1985 and based at Rotterdam. In 2000 aircraft withdrawn from use and stored in a container. In 2004, container moved to Stadtlohn in Germany, where the aircraft was restored in flying condition by Gehling Flugtechnik. The aircraft was painted in the LTU colors and registered D-INKA. New owner is Air Incentive Classic. Aircraft is still airworthy and is used for charter and round trips.
Please note
Due of limited UV-mapping of down front section of fuselage it can´t be painted accurate. But I did my very best with this unique repaint.
