Fix for my ‘FS 2004 FPST – Sao Tome Intl. Airport’ scenery.

Some users reported that the default buildings at the main apron area appeared/conflicted together with my scenery.
The file provided in this upload eliminates this error and was used with success, especially by those who reported this subject.
Some local exclude rectangles were eliminated which were created in the previous upload and a more inclusive exclude rectangle was implemented.
If you didn’t encountered this specific error you don’t have to apply the fix.
