FSX/Acceleration WWI troopship “RMS Olympic”. She was the lucky sister of the White Star ocean liner trio with “Titanic” and “Britannic”. The vessel was launched in October 1910 and at that time she was the largest ocean liner until she was beaten by the German “Imperator” in 1913. She had a length of 269 m and carried up to 2435 passengers. She was propelled with three props. During WWI the vessel served f.i. as troopship for the Canadian goverment, sailed in camouflaged dazzeled colours and had sunk the German U-Boat U-103 by ramming. After the war she sailed as luxory liner until April 1935. Thirty four cameras allows you to explore the decks and the virtual nav bridge. Two cranes can be swiveled with Shift E and three gun turrets are animated with Wingfold command. This pilotable Model will probably sail also in FS2004 and P3dV3 (not tested).
