4001, 4002, and 4003 were used as royal helicopters for King Rama IX and the royal family. The KV-107 helicopter was used in many missions of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet at that time (when the Prime Minister was seriously ill, he transported to the hospital using a KV-107 before he died). 4012 was used for VP transport.
The four helicopters were later sold to Columbia Helicopters under the registration numbers N184CH, N185CH, N186CH and N187CH respectively.
